I am very excited about this upcoming adventure! I'll be leaving in September for a 9 month trip. I will spend three months in Central America, three in Africa, and three is Southeast Asia. I will find out the specific countries I will be in at my training camp in July. 

     I fell in love with missions last summer when I went to Kenya with AIM. I loved it so much, I didnt want to come home. The idea of an "average" American life maybe my skin itch! I knew I wanted to leave again, and this time for longer. I wanted to go on the World Race so bad! That is the 11 month mission trip that goes to 11 countries AIM has. But I did NOT want to wait 2 and a half years until I would be old enough to go. I hated the idea. 

     So as I stuggled with the thought of waiting so long several friends told me about Immersion. How it was parfect for me. It is set up much like the World Race, but it is for my age group. It was perfect becuase I know God did not want me to wait! I am so excited and know that this is the trip God is preparing me for!
